The REIGA Guarantee

The guarantee takes effect from the completed installation of the equipment and lasts for 10 years. The maximum amount which may be claimed under the guarantee for a faulty product or defective workmanship is £5,000. The customer has 10 years and 60 days from installation to notify REIGA of a problem arising within the 10 year guarantee period.

You will receive your guarantee certificate by post shortly after the equipment is installed, and should store it in a safe place against the unlikely event of you needing to contact us. The guarantee is only available to customers who use registered installers entitled to display the REIGA quality assurance mark below. So, before you buy a renewable energy product to reduce your fuel bills and do your bit to help save the planet, make sure it will be installed and maintained by a REIGA registered company. Then you'll be getting the best of all worlds.
In order to be covered by the guarantee, you must have your renewable energy equipment installed and supplied by a REIGA member company.
